Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Any digital services (coaching, services, workshops), in-person intensives, or digital shop products (trainings) are not eligible for refund or return.
Course refunds are at the sole discretion of Erika Ashley + Co.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit evidence that you have watched and implemented ALL of the modules and activities (including workbooks, website changes, sending pitches, following up, getting photoshoots taken, etc.) to 100% completion for those modules.
- Submit via a google driver folder shared with email@example.com evidence of module completion, including completion of all of the activities.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Upon refunding, it may take up to 90 days for your credit card company to reflect the refund. We do not have control over the processing time of your credit card company or Paypal.
Paypal + Credit Card chargeback claims
By purchasing any and all products, courses, or merchandise through this or any affiliated Erika Ashley Ltd. website, you agree that you will not file back a paypal chargeback claim under any circumstances. In the event that a claim is filed and won, the balance for the entire course, product, or merchandise item will be sent to a collections agency along with any chargeback fees.
You are responsible for completing all payment plans regardless of whether or not you complete the course, program, or service. Any delinquent payment of more than thirty (30) days will be sent to a collections agency for the remaining balance of the program fees.
